10 years coming here never even seen a fight. Of course if you are going to walk along beach road pissed out of your head at 3 in the morning you might get mugged but you would in Bangkok, London, New york or anywhere else. Its all about common sense. I always feel very safe here safer than in the UK

Hi thats good news but you havent told us which VPN you are using, my main problem is internet speed and buffering but as you say that may be because of a bottle neck on the VPN, so please tell us which one you are using I would love to try it

Anyone know where in the airport the Animal Quarantine Station, Free Zone Area Suvarnabbumi Airport is? Is it part of the passenger arrivals hall, a friend has to pick his pet up there next week, not sure where it is. Thanks

Hi Pib, here are my TP link results not sure what they tell you. Our local connection speed is always pretty good.Just did a speed test, Bangkok ping 45ms download 9.58 upload 0.51 and very smooth constant graph but on London speed test, ping 829ms  download 0.66 upload 0.17 and massive peaks and troughs in the graph. That seems to be my main problem as trying to stream TV from the UK won’t work with constant buffering. True is not available in my area, stops short about 1 mile away which is very frustrating. TOT does have a fibre 2u service but not sure how good that is and if it will solve my problem
