Looking For A Thai School In Bang Na Area

I am hoping to find a school in the Bang Na area (where we live) for my 15 year old neice.  She is from up country but we would like here to come live with us.  Her English is quite limited but she gets straight A's in school otherwise.

Anybody know of a school in the Bang Na area that would be appropriate?  Obviously I would prefer her to go to a school with good teachers and am happy to pay for it, up to 30,000 baht per term would be fine for me.

If the school had English courses, that would be ideal but otherwise even a normal Thai school would be ok.  She'll get English at home as it is the language of our house.

I'm new here so I don't have any knowledge of schools in the area.

Trail Running Clubs In Bkk

I am wondering if there are any running clubs or just groups of runners that like to run on trails rather than paved surfaces.

I go down to Khao Khiao occasionally and run 15 to 20KM but quite rarely.  I usually run 10KM or so on pavement but would love to run on soft surfaces more regularily.  Actually, I'd love to start doing regular long runs on weekends to get comfortable for a marathon or even an ultramarathon some day.

If anybody knows of people doing trail running, please let me know.  Thanks.

Where Can I Buy Teak Kitchen Chairs In Bkk

I want to buy 4 new chairs for my kitchen.  My condo is fairly small so I would like smallish sized chairs to put around my kitchen table.

Any recommendations on where to buy chairs like this?

If there is no house on the land, no one is living there and it is simply unoccupied land.  Do taxes need to be paid annually?

This is if it's owned by a Thai national.
