Howdy Dustoff ! I haven't seen you in person for years now.... hope you're hanging in there. I'm wondering if you have had an interpreter call the company on the tanks yet ? Or if you could maybe ask a hospital who supplies theirs ? Even if their supplier isn't used to going to private residences, a small tagged-on tip of something reasonable (50B? 100B?/trip) might sway them. I don't know how often that may be, so up to you. Or they just might do it. Keep us posted. And, if you get a number and need someone to call n speak in Thai for you, I'm always up for it.

Take care of yourself !

Thanks RTD and it has been a while - hope you are well.

My wife is Thai with excellent English language skills as well so no interpreter needed.  I am currently using an electric oxygen generator (rented from Suan Dok Hospital) and would only need tank refills if I have to use my backup tanks during an electrical failure. My wife has a friend who owns/operates a new minibus and has just agreed to transport our tanks for refill since there may not be the convenience of a delivery service like for cookiing gas.

Anyone else have any input?

It looks like time for me to jump back in here..

To be brutally honest, yes, lung/spine cancer issues are my interest in the Red Ginseng. Thank you for your wishes.

CobraSnakeNectie is correct - the Korean Red Ginseng I seek is not a color variety of the root but is red due to the processing that brings out the best of the possible cancer-fighting ingredients.

The GSD drink recommended above is what I initially rejected as a 'ginseng drink in a red bottle' as it is merely white Ginseng loaded with junk chemicals.

Thanks for all the recommendations! I know the choices are few and expensive indeed. Amazon(dot)com actually has offerings that seem reasonable but I haven't used them and don't know what to expect in terms of shipping and customs.

The 'real' Korean Red Ginseng is very popular indeed in Hong Hong and I was kind of hoping that someone imports to Thailand at more reasonable prices than the kiosks in TOPS but I am willing to spend whatever it takes for the best quality. Not only for the hoped-for cancer benefits but at this stage some extra energy and immune system boost can't hurt, eh?

Thank you all for your kindness.

This I try to comprehend=
why gmail plus at times other intern sites
but then again you read yahoo down, gmail ok?
How can it be so selective, why not everyone samesame?

Well, just MHO but my connection is fluctuating so wildly that I don't believe that the problem is with any one particular site or email service. You try one and it doesn't work, go to another and it is fine, then go back to the first and it is now working fine. It all depends on at what moment you are trying to access it..

I agree with naboo that webmail is soooo 1990's and I haven't used it for over a dozen years. Also avoiding 'targeted' programs like IE, Outlook and all of that junk, I use a small, efficient in-computer email client that checks all of my email services via POP every ten minutes. None of my personal information is sitting out there for public view for any length of time and I have access to it right here, in-house, even off-line, any time I want it.  Pegasus Mail, Thunderbird, take your choice - there are many available.

Email therefore, is the least of my worries since my client keeps trying for me until it works - it is just trying to get immediate access to websites that is crazy-making over these past few days, especially since I do a bit of website management, my own included, and I am probably lacking in the patience I should have learned here in Thailand by now..

TOT only perhaps?

I am in Wang Tan village between the airport and Hang Dong and my TOT 6MB has been constantly intermittent
or so slow that almost everything I try to access times out for over three days now.  Frustrating!

Sooo, is this a breakfast (0700-0900) thing or a dinner (1900-2100) thing?
