1. publ transit that early; that means you have to figure in some 2 hrs for possible waiting etc-do you fancy that to save the odd 200?
(on the 555 busline there are SOME trips during night-aprrox ev 2 hrs-start more frequent from around 5.00=also too late for you+ this bus does not serve central BKK. If ''helpful'' people now come to tell you about minuses ex Vic.Mon or Onnut; NO MORE_they live in obsolete history.
2.there are at least some 10-12 mid-budget aimed at transit hotels at the lard|krabang-all do pickup/etc-prices from 6-1500-a full list on a site like bangkokbackpackers/ing or so. i notably remember Queens garden resort/hotel.
3. there is also a site like ''sleepinginairports''= google your best friend again.
in the BASEment=where the trains run, there is some moveable seating without armrests and after last train (@0.00 from Phyathai=arr airpt by 0.25) its all quiet. there is a family mkt there open 24 hrs.
4.FIRST ARL is at 6.00-arr airport 6.25 and dependable enough-or the express-cost 100 bt- some 5 mins earlier=enough to checkin for an 8.15 flight. have done that myself.

ignore nr 1=ayut 69-the tipical TV-poster, ''try to be helpful'' but mainly making confusion.
No bus from Ekamai-except the very odd single one.
From the VicMon-the minibus, they lve untill around 18.30/19.00-catering also for Aran based daytrippers to the capital. DO make certain that they will set you down at the border=salt market=rong kleua.

have yet to meet a non-decent dentist. As you may have noted by now, TV is mainly lacking real BPhu knowledge-and likes to hit at the area.
The 2-3 dentists along Chakrapong-across from the deptmtstore-Coop- are just fine and charge 6/700- for complete cleaning/checkup, fluor-application and less as 1000 for a complete xtraction/filling- pay cash only. One of them is Bangkok dental time or so.
Decide yourself how scary the usual posters can make it out for you.

the advantage of the prebooked minibus is mainly for those to anxious to use local trasnport-horrified by all the crash+misery stories etc-also quite often on this site.
There is NO use to going to the PTY busstation on north road-as there only the big blue AC buses to BKK leave. PTY has NO central busstation for other directions.
Seems to me then that the mentioned minivans now replace the old 2nd/s3d cl. bus Cholburi-Rayong, maybe even incl. the Sattaheep route-as is so common on many of those routes.
All together you have 4-06 buses an hour along Sukhvit-and no, there are no set times along the routes anyway.

1. fro memory: around 300 airlines are blacktlisetd by the EU-at least 250 of them are African-often using old Aeroflot USSR/Russian aircraft. Reasons are some of those mentioned above, and others. It may also have as result your travel-insurance from an EU-company is not valid if you fly on them. Plus that I thought-OP?!- hat Norge is not a EU-member.
2. as AA-Phill. has also never flown into the EU-there can be no issue of not having paid taxes etc.
3.again the tipical TV-responder, like sanitwong- grabbing any chance to beat at some hardly known opponent-just echoing British gutter press. Would save enormous amounts of cyberspace if that stopped.
