Just had 2 hours of heavy rain with mild thunder, looks threatening. 80km East of Udon Thani. ---- Heaviest rain for years in 2011 but no flooding here, water started flowing South immediately.

Where does it say 1st 90 in the original post? It doesn`t. Pay attention at the back of the class.
