It's irrelevant. A foreigner making overpriced pretentious food in an overpriced pretentious hotel for overpayed pretentious customers. It might taste fine, but I bet it doesn't even satisfy hunger. SOOOO many little Thai restaurants that should be making the awards.

You're being a bit ambitious! There aren't many hifi manufacturers in Thailand at all (per capita) compared to Singapore or Taiwan. In fact the only brand of Thai hifi that you see in more than one shop is TS Audio...and they make valve amps....and that's likely to be one guy building them at home. If the build isn't that complicated the best bet is to ask the following for contacts:
Mr Balance, 5th floor of Panthip Plaza (doubtful, cos he's a 2nd hand retailer and quite grumpy)
HiFi Centre behind Big C Rajadamri, if it's still there
4th floor Fortune Town on Ratchada, a couple of more DIY-type shops there
Piyanas at Paradise Park, the only one who'll speak English

If it were for the UK she'd need to get a Provisional Licence too. That, in conjunction with her IDP, will enable her to drive independantly for up to 1 year. Within that year she'd need to apply for her test for a full licence to continue under these rules of driving.

Yep, a great traditional store selling some beautiful instruments (some of which are v.expensive) at The Old Siam. MRT to Hua Lumpong and then taxi/tuk tuk for 10 mins. Go into the building and it's either 2nd or 3rd floor right at the back on the right hand side.
