Things I Really Miss When In Thailand

When I am in Chiang Saen for extended periods I get the urge for good basic Thai pastes like Pataks Tandoori and Vindaloo, Cheese - the basic Chedders and other such things like pickles. I have travelled to Chiang Rai to try to find them but no luck.

Anyone know of good Asian/Indian grocers or European ones in the area?

Advice On Visa Type

I have recently married a Thai lady and intend in the next coiuple of years moving permanently to Thailand.

I have to visit Australia regularly (say every 3 months) to take care of my interests there..

Can I get a marriage visa with multiple entry permits in Australia? (wher I am right now), what do I do about the 90 day reporting - can it be done in Australia or must it be in Thailand?
