Contacting Apple Care After Hours

Was surprised to recently discover Apple Care only operates 9-5 mon-fri. (They tell me should be open Sat, but the Thai system says it aint so).

Anyone have any tips about by-passing the Thai call centre to access international help?

Tax On Selling Condo

Hi,

Have a buyer for a condo, hopefully. Lets say agreed price is 4.5mill; land departments valuation, 4mill. Buyer is suggesting we can minimize tax by declaring it an 'urgent' sale and declaring sale price as 3mill (with a separate contract for full sale price).

Thoughts and implications??

New House - Stereo Cabling Etc

Just a quick one ... if building a new house these days, is it worth while getting some cabling/tubing put in so that the house can be completely hooked up to the main stereo?

What options are there? Or is it all over wi-fi these days?

I have the above monitor, but the controls have become 'locked' (a padlock appears on the screen whenever I press one of the adjustment controls).

DELL's website is one of those round-and-round -in-circles setups whereby you cant get anywhere without some required info which I dont have. (Getting that info required 'internet explorer', but alas, Im on a mac.).

Google isn't finding anything helpful for me either.

So does someone have a tech support number for DELL, or know how to unlock the controls.
