Hello all.
Seeking a member of telesales staff based in Bangkok.
We have not used sales staff before for this brand due to us always gaining business from word of mouth. We also do not want to move any of our sales team staff from other brands due to the uniqueness of this product/service. It is so unique (to a point) when we did try and sell it ourselves, it was quite simple. There are some competitors out there but they, like us, up until now, rely on word of mouth. Due to larger than expected sales in the last 6 months and us being greedy, we plan to take over the total market and using a sales team, is the start of this.
The Person Required:
Male or female.
Age not important.
Fluent English and other languages as a second/third would be helpful but not Important.
A self driven sales person, with experience in cold calling that is happy to work from home.
A person that would be ok with some small international travel if needed.
Experience in the movie, games or music industry a plus and/or connections in the industry would be a great plus.
Most important to us is the want to grow, not only our business but themselves as well.
The Position
To be the first person in our sales team, which we wish to make a team of five in the near future.
A basic Salary offered, as well as a very attractive, easy to obtain non capped commissions.
Cold calling companies or individuals that own/produce any type of content, as in Movies Games, Music that is available or can be used or viewed on the internet. On a few occasions, personal meetings with clients maybe needed but full business class travel is offered for long distances.
There is no admin required and no further liaising with clients once contracts have been signed.
This is a very simply straightforward and profitable position for the correct candidate.
I want to make this very clear, this is not some sort of get rich quick pyramid scheme. This is not a boiler room, you are not cold calling to gain a meeting for another person, for them to make more money than you, or any other rubbish like that. This is not selling investments, SEO services, art, pension plans or any other thing that seems to be the in-vogue for telesales jobs at the moment.
