In Topic: Which Is Pattaya'S Most Dangerous Intersection?

I think the place with the most accidents would have to be Dolphin roundabout? when it is open, appears to be so many accidents, easier to just close down. If roundabouts worked here they could help solve quite a few problem area's - But they don't, Thai's overall are too selfish to consider other drivers...

^ i have houses on Central 4 & 5 if you have any questions feel free to ask, you will get a truthful answer.
Village maintenance fees were prepaid by all the original properties, (100k per property) these monies were invested, at current outgoing believe Central 4 is good for another 21 years, central 5 about 14 years.
One of the +'s living in this area is the roads - no traffic jams, always easy to get in and out.............
There are some properties that were bought from plan by investors ? they have never been lived in though most have some sort of maintenance ongoing....

most pickups are bought by thais and auto's are not that popular with them, that is why there is a small selection of models available in auto
Toyota dont even do a 2-door A/T model at all.

Toyota do a two door (Smartcab) A/T, it's the 2.7 gasoline engine, we have one as wife cannot drive manual due to ongoing leg problem - they are 2 short!
