Where Was The Worst Steak You'Ve Had In Chiang Mai?

2011-12-06 20:43:46

Seeing as so many of you Chiang Mai Culinary Connoisseurs know where all the good tucker is in town, I thought some readers may be interested to know where the worst steak you've ever had in town was.

I had a nasty little number some years ago but I made a promise to the owner of the establishment that I would never mention the location again.

Anyone got any ideas?

Shagging In Chiang Mai

2011-08-06 09:52:50

My wife's sisters son, Ung is 10 years old and absolutely adores baseball.  He wants to get involved in the game but doesn't want to start playing yet.

He has read up on the game and discovered that a great way to learn how it is played is to start by collecting fly balls in the outfield.  This practice is known as shagging in the baseball world.  Click here for Shagging description

So I am wondering if there are any active baseball players out there in Chiang Mai and where you play so as young Ung may have a chance to get involved.

My Cock Has A Nasty Infection

2011-06-02 20:13:37

My little pussy, Phoebe has done it again.

After scratching my ping pong balls and denuding my tennis balls for so long I decided, as Tywais suggested, to give her pool balls to play with. Phoebe didn't like this idea at all and decided she needed something a little more animated to keep her amused.

Well, we keep chickens at home and we have good old Colin the Cock to keep the hens happy.  Phoebe decided that Colin was to be the centre of her attention for the time being.  As a result of Phoebe's attentions Colin is now suffering from a number of rather deep scratches, a few of which have become infected.

I've tried Betadine and a few other topical creams to no avail so now I'm seeking the services of a Veterinary Surgeon in Chiang Mai who perhaps specialises in poultry.

Any suggestions?  Please.   :(
