Chiang Mai'S Worst Driver?

Almost every schoolday, as I drive my daughters to school from Mae Hia area, I see a farang woman driving driving recklessly.  She drives a Black Chevrolet Zafira van and while I've a high tolerance for bad drivers, she is an absolute menace.  Driving down the Canal Rd. and on to the second Ring Road I vconsistently see her driving at speeds up to 50% faster than all other cars, darting in and out of lanes, oh so close to other vehicles. What's more I see her pull up behind vehicles travelling at speed to within 50cm. in a effort to "push" them out of the way.  She's going to kill someone one day.  Anyone else seen this road menace?

Ask The Judges

Some weeks ago there was a thread on Thai Visa where mebers were asked to submit questions regarding Thai law to a panel of judges.  It is my understanding those questions were submitted in a public presenrtation and that the video of that presentation and the judges responses would be posted online here the following week.  Did that happen and I missed it, or has it not happened yet?  If not yet, when?

Isuzu D-Max

I drive a 7 year old Isuzu D-Maz p/u.  When idling in Neutral it will intermittently make a chattering noise and the switch back to running silently.  I went to isuzu dealer and he says that it is normal.  My wife's brother who operates a car leasing company and services about 100 cars/trucks a month says the timing belt/chain is going out.  Does anyone know if either of these diagnoses is the correct one, or if not what might be causing this noise.  For my part I would have thought it had something to do with the clutch assembly but I'm not particularly mechanically inclined anymore.  TIA for any replies.

Restaurant Review

Food:  not delicious at all but thankfully meagre portions

Service: Awful

Setting:  A lot worse than it seemed from the road while driving by.

Prices:  Khao Mao Khao Fangish, but no where near as good in all areas.

I wish I hadn't tried it for the first time while entertaining guests.  Sucked all around.

Legal Or Illegal?

You're stopped at a red light in the right hand turn lane of a one way street. Can you turn right into the one way  cross street assuming you don't impede any drivers on that street?  TIA
