Yet another story suppressed by the much-leaned-on Pattaya press.
It'as all over the UK press, even the Chiang Rai Times has covered it, but the local media?
So much serious crime goes on here, which is why vested interests want to hush it up through gagging the press, rather than doing the harder job of actually dealing with it.

From a news report:-
Joey Barton will be offered professional support, says Professional Footballers' Association chairman Clarke Carlisle.
Meanwhile, Paul Finney, from the Independent Rs QPR website, believes Barton should donate some of his wages to charity to compensate not playing for 12 games.
If players are banned, they should forfeit ALL their wages for the duration of any ban. That may make them think twice about their actions.

I agree. I would also write into their contracts a gross misconduct clause which gives the club the option of dismissing the player if he's found guilty of a serious misconduct charge by the FA or convicted of a crime by a court, the latter to be defined as to exclude minor motoring offences but to include crimes which may bring the player or the club into disrepute.
Common sense really.

I first became aware of Liverpool's lack of luck or its decline, or whatever you want to call it, in October 2009 with that bizarre beach ball incident. Since then it has been downhill all the way, but I may not have been noticing much before then.
How long has it been going on and can anyone put their finger on its cause/s? It seems to be a slow decline not attributable to any one thing, looking back, but I just wonder if any Reds fans have their own ideas about it.
