Censorship? Server Blocked?

What's up with this?

You don't have permission to access /outdoor/blog/32964/anglers+738-pound+pacific+bluefin+tuna+may+be+biggest+ever+caught/ on this server.

Is this Thai censorship or what? It's a sport news article nothing more. I've seen this warning before but for other news articles on the main page of Yahoo's "General News"section. Just seems odd that it's blocked and can't be read.

Electrical Box Wiring Correct?

Renting a house and noticed many of the florescent lamps glow when off. This tells me there still is a small current flowing. Checked the main circuit box and something just doesn't look right to me. Appears the "Hot" and "Neutral" are reversed. See Photos. Am I correct or is this wiring OK? Haven't checked the wall plugs and switches yet. They just added an A/C and thought maybe they screwed it up but it looks as if this the the way it's always been. Maybe Crosey has a comment. Thanks for any input.

After this story broke, several people were interested in knowing the fate of the pilot. Well, I continued searching and I found HIM or should I say his surviving family. I am currently in contact with the family. They informed me that Mr. (Capt) Albert Abraham died two years ago February in Marshall, Texas. As I receive more information of interest I will post it.

I'd post some pictures of the wreckage but the systems not letting me again!
