Can anyone recommend a visa agent to help in Phenom Phenn? Wanting if poss a double entry tourist visa, have flight in and out of Cambodia...not sure if that will be enough, and hotel booking for 5 months. Anyone had good experience with a particular agent?

My guy and i have been talking about marriage and i know the basic ins and outs of the legal situation (as western woman i dont need to produce savings evidence etc) However it seems that my hubby-to-be has to provide proof that he pays income tax. This is a problem as he earns only around 10k a month and falls below the income tax threshold.... Does this mean as he does not earn enough money that he is not allowed to marry me?? This seems a bit restricting to say the least! I have an income but that does not seem to apply towards anything....any help or suggestions...please!!!

Does anyone know of any diving schools that do 1 day fun dives in samui. my friend is here just for 3 days and would love to try scuba (so would i!) but we dont have training....is there any 1 day short diving trial days?
