There are authorized Garman dealers in Bangkok who could help you out. They will make sure it is done right. Just Google Garmin Bangkok and you should find a couple for sure.

In Topic: Leaveing Thailand On Us Passport And Returning On Thai Passport

My wife left Thailand on her American Passport so her depature care would be removed from the system. On return to Thailand she tryed to use her Thai Passport and she was denied entery. Reason was she did not use her Thai passport on departure from BKK. She was only given a 30 day tourist visa on her American Pasport.. I am here on a retirement visa and my wife was here on a Non O Visa. She did not have a reentry permit because post on Thaivisa.com have always said no problem coming back inti country on a Thai Passport. This has caused us all kinds of problems and expence $$$ and time to get things straight with Immigration. I am trying to say is do not go by post on thaivisa check with Thai Immigration on procedures on using two different passports some ones post may just get you problems you never thought you might of had. I realise others have done what my wife tryed to do but it only works some of the time. Be sure you have a reentry permit as a back up if things go wrong as they have for my wife.
In Topic: 90 Day Report Requirements?

When I go to do my 90 day. I make sure I have the proper form filled out in advance.. I also have copies available of what ever I think they may ask for. On the Thai Immigration site last of requirements for paperwork for any transaction at Immigration it says. OR ANY OTHER DOCUMATION THE OFFICER MAY REQUIRE. Which is a catch all. Be prepaired but do not give them they do not ask for. Due to the floods I have had to use 2 different offices to do my 90 day reports and the requirement was never the same at any one office. My home office Pathum Thani only requires the proper form and nothing else.
It is always a special adventure going to Immigration and seeing what they want other than the published requirements. So I play the game and try to be one step a head of them at all times. Also remember be polite , smile , dress properly not like a hobo which some do. If you go in with a bad attitude you will not get anything accomplished.
