As it is a very short run it will be best to use digital offset for a 24 or 36 pp brochure full colour. Paper weight/quality will not add much to the price. Try Erawan Interactive a.roberts@erawanet.com, I've used them before for digital book printing, A4 landscape, 120 pp and 200-300 run fully bound.

I agree, use cash and exchange. Better than using an ATM, even AEON. The bank in the home country charges a percentage + a fee. Complete rip-off and most are increasing their rates!
