Had a friend (not Thai) here in Thailand tell me 2 strange Thai laws.
"It is illegal to go out without wearing Underwear, even if you have other clothes on (not naked)"
and
It is Legal for a wife in Thailand to shoot and kill both her husband and his lover if she catches them in bed together, but not legal if they have left the bed....
Can anyone confirm either of these strange laws legal or not?
