Can anybody actually confirm whether they have to be included in the application and also if they do need to be translated as there is no clear indication in the guidance notes for form MN1 for children's UK citizenship ???

Thinking of growing palm trees questions below if anyone could answer in Laymens terms

1. Type of palm/ name
2. how the oil is extracted
3. best type of soil, dark and sticky or light powdery soil
4. time from growing to yielding
5. once extracted how long before tree can reproduce
6. spacing trees
7. expected turnover/ profit per rai
8. any other pros/cons

Looking to apply for the wife's UK citizenship in May this year as she will have satisfied the 3 year resindency and 270 ruling. However all three of my wife's children aged 10,11,17 have only been here in the UK for around 1 year or so but all three have settlement Visas. Thought I would call the relevant department in immigration to see if they could all apply with their Mother at the same time even if they have not been resident in the UK for three years. This is the response I was given, "both the 10 and 11 year old should have no problem in applying, but the 17year will be subject to a two year residential descressionary period so he may not be granted Citizenship along with the others" I asked the chap on the phone where it actually states this in the guidance notes and low and behold he didn't have a clue where it was ? So is this another goal post moving or has anyone else come up against this as a rule ?

We would like to purchase a piece of land adjacent to us, we have the plan of all the land around us with chanote numbers and grid references. My wife has been told you can search a website which can give you this information without the laborious job of trudging to the amphur Land Registry. The land is in Buriram.Does anybody know if such a website exists, and if so would they kindly pass on the www.

I have tried countless times to send a fax to the British embassy in Bangkok, first it makes the fax sound then disconnects. I then took the number to a local Computer shop in the UK who offers a fax service and hey presto the same problem. I thought I would try other fax numbers in Bangkok and the same problem. There is no way my fax machine is broken as it still sending faxes locally. And the local computer shop sends faxes all over the world daily.
Can anybody shed some light on this problem. Have bkk just changed dialling codes in the last 48hrs but why would the initial fax sound be heard..?
HELP HELP PLEASE
