​A gritty hard fought game  which was won After Buriram defiantly with stood  wave after wave  of  Guangzhou pressure.  A penalty and a late goal on the break gave Buriram a memorable  victory.

What I have found that "what you see is what you get".   The owner  has no forsight to maintain the  property and any repairs, modifications and upkeep are up to the tenant unless a prior agreement is reached.  Unfortunately most property owners here don't realize that if their property shows pristinely they are most likely to get top price for a rental or sale, and rent or sell the property quicker than if it is in disrepair.

It is up to the owner to maintain the property. Find another place for rent. You think the 20,000 baht would be the end of it?
