i can tell you that the fee does not end at just buying the domain name .

I would suggest you never go for FREE DOMAIN NAME .

if you are good at backup maybe you can try FREE HOSTING .  but don;t get yourself on the hook on FREE DOMIAN NAME . is just ways for hosting company to grab you by your balls
