Land Crossing

2012-04-16 13:56:21

Does anyone know what the rules are regarding land crossings and Indian nationals. My understanding is that Indian nationals come in on a 15 day visa on arrival. Are they able to undertake a land crossing to get a further 7 days or whatever is available, or do they have to fly out and fly back in. I ask this as we often have a number of Indian clients, and they sometimes want to extend their stays.

Visa Extension And Border Run

Strange question, I have a client who is visiting Thailand at the moment, they have decided to extend their stay so have been thinking about getting a 7 day extension, and then follow this with a 15 day border run before they leave Thailand. They are on a Norwegian passport. I'd heard before that this can't be done, so if anyone knows the answer I'd be delighted.

Happy New Year.

Visa For Wife

2011-09-22 10:44:21

This si a quick question really, not actually concerning me - but for one of my new members of staff who is arriving in November.

General gist, is that they will be relocating and their wife will also becoming. Our employee will arrive on an Non-Im B, and then go onto extension of stay with work permit. He is Australian. His wife who is Filipino will be traveling with him, but wont be working. I'm trying to work out what would be the best Visa for her to travel in on?

Any suggestions, and what paperwork would she require for her visa?

Thanks

Koh Chang To Pattaya

2011-04-30 15:30:28

This might sound like a starnge question, considering I am based on Koh Chang, but I normally fly out of Trat to BKK. I've been given differing information about this.

Basically, I need to get to Pattaya on Tuesday evening, but can't Really leave Koh chang until 4pm. So would mean that by the time i get the ferry, I'll be on the mailand at around 6pm. Does anyone have any idea, as to what time the last of the minivans depart from  the ferry terminal? I was told today that the last one is at around 4pm?
