I will try and keep this query brief.My wife(Thai) has lived with me in the UK for 7yrs now and has 2 children.Our plans back then were to have a good go here in the Uk and then return to Thailand and live happily ever after.Circumstances beyond our control have faded the dream. Therefore bringing the children here is our option.My wife and I have visited Thailand(home) as often as we could and speaks virtually every other day on the phone, so here's our dilemma. The boy(14) has said that he would stay in Thailand with Aunt and Uncle like he has done so.The girl(10)would like to be here with us in the UK.
Is there likely to be issues raised ie why taken 7yrs before trying to bring children to Uk,would it be lengthy process especially as the wonderful coalition have made a point on immigration.
I am assuming lots and lots of paperwork proving that we have supported them for the past 7yrs etc etc.
If its possible where do we start? Has anybody experienced this.

All of your experience help or advice would be most appreciated.
