Elephant Camp there is very interesting. Wife took the 4 day Mahout training classes there and was off to the jungle at 6 am each morning to pick up her steed. I manned the cameras. They did 3 shows a day and we had more fun there than I think with anything we ever did around the world.  Video here.  She is on Jojo the biggest elephant.  This year back to Lampang for 10 day silent meditation (2nd time). If my health is good, I will stay in the area and explore.  I am very proud of her. She is 30 years younger but my mentor in so many ways.  She earns high respect from all she meets here in the US now.   http://bit.ly/JbBOPI

If one has the sense of humour and the presence of mind, you can try playing a tune with that air when you wake up.  "Shave and a HairCut Two Bits" and I browned the sheets, Be Careful as might be some liquid left~!

Thank you all for your private messages.
The Doctor has memory problems that are severe from time to time.
He has been checked out by embassy officials and he is comfortable in an apartment and being somewhat cared for by a Thai couple and not exploited.
The good expat powers in CM are now well aware and will keep an eye out for the elderly gentleman.
If you are a friend of his, I will put you in contact with those who know him and his situation but please IM to me or Maj Ron.
