I think you may be correct if the ladyboy(s) in question were still intact it might be seen as gay sex. If chopped, no problem. Thanks for bringing an aspect that deserves clarification. Having gay sex or sex with a transgendered person, intact or not, doesn't in actuality mean a man is gay (or not). Gay is sexual identity. Would you say a gay man going with a woman means automatically he is now straight? (Nope.)
