In Topic: Which Automatic Pickup To Buy

I ordered a Dmax 2.5 AT, but after some delivery issues also visited the Mazda showroom. On the day Isuzu called they would ship the truck to me I decided not to use that offer and in stead go for the Mazda. About the same price for the 2.2 AT, but more car for the money IMO.

I wouldn't know about the expat community, since I don't care about it. Apparently these guys are different since they are visiting ex-pat bars on a regular basis, but no, I wouldn't care if the ex-pat community doesn't welcome me.

As I said, I don't go to bars and certainly not ex-pat bars. So this really is a non-issue for me.

I see you were the first one to put your name down for the party. Are you aware it will probably be in an expats bar full of expats? (and their sprogs)Posted Image
Thanks for the warning :)

Yes, I know and I was wondering who would come up with this :). I would just like to see who is who on the party. There is always the exception that secures the rule.

As usual spell check is not working again for me on this forum ...
Try clicking "more reply options" under the window. Sometimes that fixes it.
You forgot to quote the full post :) Which means the most intriguing remark, 'and I know who is causing it' was not quoted.

Well if we can keep this thread going, inform as many people as possible about these two and make them feel unwelcome. The more people that know about them the less chance they stand to scam someone in the future. Phuket is a small isalnd and if you are not welcome or dont feel welcome wouldnt you leave?
I wouldn't know about the expat community, since I don't care about it. Apparently these guys are different since they are visiting ex-pat bars on a regular basis, but no, I wouldn't care if the ex-pat community doesn't welcome me.

It wouldn't bother you if every time you walked in a bar with your wife everybody in the bar  hurled abuse at you and asked you to leave? I find that hard to believe.

When we talk about not being welcomed we weren't talking about people just not saying hello to you when you walk in. We're not talking about a normal person like you keeping a low profile and not caring too much about the people around you but crooks being hounded and threatened to make them feel unwelcome.  Not the same thing.
As I said, I don't go to bars and certainly not ex-pat bars. So this really is a non-issue for me.

In Topic: Phuket Games "Off Road Bike" In Rawai. Where?

So where is it ?
On road running opposite Tesco Lotus Chalong to Rawai direction Kata, same road as where (at the end) the Stuntshow used to be. Coming from Chalong on the left hand side is a field where every Friday people are motocrossing.

Joe, don't know for sure, but looking at the activities I would say motocross.
