Yesterday I connected my S2 to my PC and it upgraded to 4.0.3
I guess everyone here in Thailand has got it now.
Care to share improvements or changes that I might have missed?
The new method of opening the phone via face recognition is fun but having to look at my ugly mug each time's a bit depressing!
I see on the web that there's a method of auto spell checking as you type but I cannot see how to activate it. Anyone know if this is possible or how to activate?
The phone does seem generally a bit more zippy.
Anything else I should look out for?

Evi Versus Seri

Evi is quite good at providing specific answers to questions. UK/USA centric but still quite good fun.
New Channel On True
2012-02-15 11:35:10
I just noticed that there's a new channel on TrueVisions. I don't know if it was announced (apologies if it was). Channel 113 (FFM) Fox Family Movies.

Anybody Know What This Is?

Sorry it's rotated, the thing actually hangs down and has an opening about 1cm wide. It is about 12cm high and hanging on a tree in my garden.

Any Mu7 And Samsung S2 Owners Out There?
2012-01-12 08:29:43
(not a discussion about the MU7!)
Hi
My boring old iPhone works well with the MU7. The hands free, bluetooth streaming and the USB port all work well.
I'm thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S2 but I really need to know that it works as well as the iPhone with the MU7 audio interface. I'd hate to lose the hands-free and bluetooth connections (USB not so important as that feeds the kids video while I'm listening to the radio).
I'm not sure if all those protocols are standard and the S2 will work fine.
Anybody got any experience?
Thanks
Mick
