Getting there is a joke and I live less than 1km away from it. Why use something thats impossible to get to and from easily?

The lack of connection to the two main roads is really shocking, as well is the ridiculous one way system thats in place there, its almost impossible for you to get dropped off or picked up conveniently.
Hopefully that get fixed one day as its a really impressive service and space.

Ive flown them for years, granted I normally fly them first or business these days, but they have always looked after me when it comes to changing tickets and the like. In flight entertainment is pretty good, and flight times are good. Like I said I think only the Emirates A380 is better on the LON-BKK route at the moment.
