Recover Files From Broken Hard Drive

i dropped my 5g buffalo tower and now it wont read any of the files (important) I searched google for trouble shooting and it suggested that the only way to recover the files is to move them to new hard drive, is there a trusted place on samui i can get this done?

I was off the island for a few weeks and on my return i noticed something different on the chewange beach road but it took almost a week before it hit me, PINK LADY Massage is gone. I will never forget their road sign on the way into town from the airport that was describing their hostages. lol too funny. They must have been on the beach road at least 12yrs and now they have come and gone.
