According to their consular twitter posts- only single entries for tourist and non-imm Bs and not possible to get non-imm O for retirement.

Do you have any recommendations for embassies in the region that will issue a stress free single entry non-imm O without having to show finances?
I see that Singapore want to see 400K in the bank for a non-imm O for marriage
