I've tried looking online and it seems like there are not a lot of options for someone who wants to settle there for a year or two.
Besides the obvious guesthouses (which might also attract lots of day rent/love motel traffic - which I wish to avoid), are there any rooms/apartments or even small houses for rent in Savannakhet?
Also, what would be my best option for wireless internet? I have checked out PLanet Wimax and Tigo Wimax online, but have no idea if Savannakhet has coverage.
