Since they made a big point in the keynote of naming 2010 the year of the iPad & saying 2011 will be the year of the iPad 2, it is unlikely an iPad 3 will arrive anytime this year.

The US are getting it on 11th March, UK, Australia and most of Europe on 25th March. When Thailand will get it officially is anyones guess.

I have the kindle 3 and am very happy with it, it's the perfect size and the battery lasts for a long time.

Personally, I'd wait... Apple has a habit of refreshing it's products on a yearly basis so expect a new iPad with camera and retina display (the same display as iPhone 4) to be launched around April time.
