Yes the fact he didn't offer Bridgestone or Pirelli suprised me. I didn't pursue it any further as it seemed expensive.  None of the tire places I have tried here have anything that fits so guess I'll try Bira or call around in BKK. Anyone got a price for the Bridgestone BT's ?

She wanted me to buy her a small bottle of perfume duty free in KL.  After receiving the msg I had a thought, "That's the first time she has asked me for anything since I met her"

NB: She isn't Thai/Chinese, a hiso, stunningly sexy or some Generals daughter. Just a normal Thai girl with a batch degree and some self worth.

Yep if it was based on being resident that is another thing entirely. Many countries have reduced prices for locals whatever their race.. But that is often because they pay taxes or contribute in another way to the local community. Dual pricing in Thailand is based purely on 'are you Thai or not'' Exceptions being the places that admit foreigners with WP or driving licence.. While I don't like the word 'racist' it is certainly 'discriminatory' at the least. and wrong.. F*** em !  just avoid places like that.
I have seen the signs for a Loma Show along Sukky and to be honest it conjured up images of badly treated dolphins in a tiny dirty pool. Don't know if it is like that but even my Missus pulled a face and voiced a similar opinion about the likely quality of care..

Just want to know when Toyota is going to launch the FT 86 ? will it have a real manual gearbox  and how much is gonna cost..  Surely the dream of 2 door, sporty, manual car at a reasonable price isn't likely.
