There's a dual sim version of the Galaxy S2 for the Chinese market which might turn up at some point. There are also adaptors that convert single sim phones, but mine is stuck in the post so I can't vouch for it yet.

I took my Thay gf to Switzerland a couple of weeks ago.. It was pretty easy actually. Only issue was a screw up of mine with the return date meaning we were issued a multi entry visa that lasted only 5 days and won't be able to go anywhere else before she goes home. It was also completely painless at Geneva airport. The passport guy had a look at the visa, stamped it and we were in.
