I'm no engineer but u need the whole lower floor TANKING, its a costly job,,,,but it will hold all water out of yr basement,
look for companys what  do this,in bkk,,,or im sure others will give u better advice,

Hi Newbe.many things u need to do,u need to take it slow,,,,,and dont rush, if u rush u will mess all up,iv just been throug all that  an d if u like to pm me with yr  uk home number im willing to go step by step with you, on the phone,,,but  peopel  on here will also advice you too,
