Would it run on Solaris for Intel ? I've not seen any sparc stuff in Thailand at all, but I am also interested in this. Does the source code exist to be cross compiled ?
I doubt you'll get a blade, but maybe an old sparcstation is on ebay... If it's any help, I've seen third party sparcs in Asia.

It's already running XBMC(search XBMC forums), thanks to its HD decoder GPU, and it'll be running Android ICS sometime very soon. Pre ordered one already
