I want to start a - small at first - Business in Thailand

I am planning to buy / overtake an existing Thai Company

What legal Stuff I have to care and observe to do so?

Franchise 7-11 - Any Thought?

I am planning to run a 7-11 Franchise, but I have no Experience in running a Business in Thailand

I have found the right Spot and a well sized Shop with a long Term Rental for 10 Years

How is the best Way to proceed?

I will have to open - or overtake an existing - Company!

I got the Information, that there is a "B" Franchise for 1,5 Mio Baht and a "C" for 2,7 Mio Baht

I have the Money for the "B" and for 2 Years Rent, but I would prefer the "C" - its seems to get a better Participation of the "Income"

Would any Thai Bank give me a Loan?

As I stated:

I am a Newbee in running a Biz in Thailand and I am searching for Advices for the "Start-Up"

Renewing My Retirement Visa

I have posted this Thread a Year ago and got really helpfull Answers, but it does not appear anyore in my Account - so I have to ask again

what Paperwork has to be done to renew a Retirement Visa on 800.000 Baht Scheme?

What I still remember:

1. a Letter from the Bank - at the same Day I apply for the Extension - that the 800.000 Baht are more than 3 Months on my Bankaccount

2. a Letter from the Owner of the Apartmenthouse, where I am living in

3. plenty of Copies and Cash :-)

what else?
