Hi, i have a travel agency and just want to hire a staff from Turkey as the Manager. now he has the tourist visa and to apply for work permit he need non B visa. kindly please give me details of how to do it and where i can do it for him. he is right now in bangkok. also please tell me what are the documents required.

my staff told me that since my work permit is already expired i cant re-new it. i have to file a new application to get a new work permit.. is it true? or the same work permit can be re-newed? Mario2008 i am on a marriage visa and my visa is not based on my work permit therefore its still valid.

medical checkup they accept only from the hospitals or the clinic will do fine? when i applied for the first time it was from a clinic and then for the first year extension i didnt give any medical checkup...

actually i am not worried about a Driving License because i already got one using my passport.. anyways i will let u guys know the result when i go to the village...
