2012-05-01 08:07:54

I have just got a Windows CE based gps device that has Igo 8 installed along with a very basic Thai map (amongst others), does anyone know where in Thailand i can get hold of a full version of Igo for Thailand or any other compatible mapping software that will run on Windows CE ?

Thanks in advance.

Tackle

Gentlemen,
I am shortly returning back to the UK for a couple of weeks and planned to stop in BKK for some tackle upgrades on my way back, i am very keen to move onto a multiplier baitcaster type reel matched up to a jigging type rod. I am currently using two baitrunner 4500's and a 8000 and very happy with them put with my Ledros speed jigging rods but have this urge to try some new kit, I constantly see Thai guy's showing up at Bor Sang in CM with all kinds of fancy rod and reel combos.

I have looked on the 7 Sea's website for some idea's but knowing very little about multipliers i don't know where to start.

What is your favorite setup for say BSR or similar venues in Thailand and is it worth buying in the UK or looking for a good shop in BKK.

Thanks in advance..

Hi Guy's
Can anyone give me the telephone number of the fishing tackle shop on Soi 55, it's the 2nd tackle shop on the right coming from the main highway and sells pretty much everything as far as i can find out it's called Pon Monimit but have no number.

Thanks in advance.

Hua Hin

Hi Guy's
Driving down in the morning to Hua Hin for 5 day's of golfing and fishing, any places you could approve to drop a line (sick of catching catfish in Chiang Rai) or two would be much appreciated.

Traveling light, so plan on taking a couple of baitrunner 4500's paired to a 10' casting and jigging rod on 20kg line and some beer Posted Image

Dead Macbook Pro

2011-06-01 10:41:27

Hi Guy's
I wonder if any of you could throw some light on this for me.

My trusty Macbook Pro has just gone completely dead on me, i was using it and all was fine put it on standby to make a coffee and hey presto dead. I understand these things don't last forever, even a Mac but a new house is being built on the plot next to ours and the usual cutting, grinding and welding are taking place. During this time our lights constantly flicker and our main water pump which has some sort of fail safe cut off keeps tripping.

Is it just coincidence or does the neighbors building works play a factor.
