I would start by going to the electric company and asking if the electric cables could be put under ground. If it is possible then you could work on the previous owner to help pay for it and also you will get a free access road through your project which may be a added bonus for you

Ya ,that would be easy alright if I lived in Chiang Mai but I dont and I am also bringing my 45 kilo dog with me.
I was hopeing some one new of a hotel around there or had some other idea. I called the airport as you say 100 baht a day x 60 ( no discounts )
