O A Renewal Question

Yesterday  the 20th I went to Renew my my OA retirment Visa which expires on Nov 3. and was told I had to come back on Tuesday the 25th as my 800,000 baht had not been in my account for 90 days. I told her that I thought on a Renewal/ extenssion that it just had to be there before the expration date of the Visa, She said no come back.
Is this correct ? just wondering not that I am going to go and try a make  fuss. Thanks

Is there longterm parking at the airport in Chiang Mai , and what is the cost ? I will be leaving my car for about 60 days. If not are there any other parking options close by.
