Weekend In Kl What To Do?
2012-05-11 00:16:12
OK guys, I am off to KL for 11 days for work and my wife is visiting from Australia and will accompany me. I have a three day break between courses, Fri, Sat, Sun. I have some experience in KL but mostly drinking in Bukit Bintang and eating in Jalan Alor. Any suggestions as to what activities will appeal to the wife over those three days?
Flying With Aeroflot
2012-05-02 11:17:25
Recently my company booked me on an Aeroflot flight from Bangkok to Baku, via Moscow. I could not believe it when the flight attendant told me that the flight was alcohol free! "Why is that"? I asked, "because Russians go crazy when they drink too much, and they always drink too much on flights between Thailand and Russia, so we do not serve alcohol on these flights" I am not Russian and I was pissed off that I could not have a wine with my meal.....My company will not be booking me on Aeroflot again!
Prayer Room At The Airport
2012-03-18 14:45:13
Hi, I just spent an hour looking around the airport and for the life of me I could not find the Christian prayer room, damned inconvenient if you ask me. For that matter, I could not find a Hindu, Buddhist, Scientology or Rastafarian prayer room either!
I guess it is time to start lobbying the governments of the world for equal rights with those people that worship Allah!

Rugby On True 107
2012-03-17 14:02:41
What a pleasure to be able to sit in my apartment and watch all the rugby Union and League from around the globe on Setanta.
Thank you True sports and UBC for saving me a fortune every weekend. I now no longer need to make the trek into Suk 23 to watch my favorite sport, saving me several thousand baht each weekend!
I imagine a few bar owners are not so happy though!!
