Too true. I remember when I first arrived in LOS ( Christ looking back and laughing to myself I knew sweet FA then ) after a day at work I felt like a quick drink so went to the nearest pub. Pint of Strongbow in hand I sat at a table just mellowing out. Couple of non-brassy looking girls came up. Sexily dressed but in a standard" girls night out from the bank" sort of way as opposed to "Me luv you long time" full on hookery.

How will Sharky save the little victims in his gym shorts and boots? How will they get him in a uniform? I think the real victims are the little ones he poses with on his balcony before doing the deed on them....Most of them don't seem to be more than children themselves posing as they do with cuddly toys etc...

The fine is ฿600.- for brewing (and distilling) for home consumption, a lot more if you sell it. The main problem would be getting the brewing temperature down to around 24 C.
Don't go look at http://www.homebrewasia.com/ whatever you do.
If I were to brew my own it might eventually cost around ฿15 a liter, and it might be very drinkable.
This was one of the first things I looked at when I went to Thailand for the first time, beer is cheaper in Switzerland than here..
