Looking For Knife Sharpener

Anybody know where I can get a flat diamond bench stone in Bangkok for sharpening my kitchen knives? I've got regular whetstones which do the job well albeit slow. I'm totally not into kitchen "gadgets" that promise a razor sharp knife as I prefer to be in control of the angle - I'm also pretty certain I can get a knife for sharper using a bench stone.

Finger Position On The Handlebars

I was watching the Twist of the Wrist video and in one of the shots where roll-on/off are being discussed I noticed the rider's right hand gripping the throttle with all fingers (and thumb). It's always been a natural position for me to use my index and middle finger to "cover" the front brake at all times. So my question is this how do you position your right and left hands? For me it's right hand covers the brake with 2 fingers and left hand covers the clutch with all 4 (for reason if I only use 2 fingers on the clutch the other 2 fingers get in the way of fully squeezing the lever in).

I didn't check all the courses but for places in or near Bangkok there were no review from 2011. Seems like the latest reviews were like Oct 2010..... Anybody know what happened? This site used to be great for getting gauge on conditions from players who'd just played.

In my search for a new lens I came upon this website http://www.iphoto.in.th and the prices seem considerably cheaper than Foto file. Problem is I would like to physically transact the purchase as I don't really trust buying over the internet.

Does anybody know where this place might be?

I'm looking to buy my next L series Canon lens but don't know where the pricing is best? Should I just buy here or wait until my trip to Europe next month? I have no idea how the pricing in Europe compares to Thailand so any input would be great.
