This guy seems to be taking the piss about who he is signing for,i am hopeful now that it isn't United.

Way to much self publicity for a start and whichever club it is will have there hands full with his i am special attitude.

Very disappointing how any of the three clubs involved would let him take the piss like he has done, still we will know soon enough which club is the lucky pick!!! Posted Image

Breaking News: Eden Hazard has failed his medical at Chelsea. They couldn't fit his head through the door.

What was the Fee and Wages in the end?

Scary if that's just the start of Chelsea's new singings this year!

Its like a Rafa personality cult type thingy!     Strange to say the least.

it's just weird that sort of stuff. LFC fans were amazing when raising pressure on hicks and gillett through online activity, social media etc, but this sort of stuff is pretty cringeworthy.

I reckon Dev started that one up!  Posted Image

Seriously though.  i remember about a year before his death Bill Nicholson made an appearance on the pitch prior to kick off and grown men had tears in their eyes.  But this was a sign of affection for an old man that had devoted most of his life to the club.

The behaviour of some fans with regards Rafa is nothing short of bizarre.  Sure he's a very decent guy who has his place in Liverpools history with a european cup but he  has seemingly by some atleast been placed on a mantle of immortality.  Very very strange.

Anyway back on planet earth you must be fairly approving of Van Gaal if he's appointed D of F?  Carries with him huge experience.

No it wast me...I was the one that sent the twitter to Barrack Obama though to bring back Rafa :D

The Rafa statement you make again shows how closed minded you are to actually being nearer to any understanding of most Reds but lets not go there again please :D

Van Gaal, can't imagine Henry and Co going for him based on it being publicly know he had difficulties with previous club Directors/Management but who knows at this point? I am concerned about transfer targets though if we have any that is, we will be very late to the table. So where is the new DOF given they sacked Camolli weeks ago and must of had a plan?

Noted FSG have made two new Executive appointment already in Billy Hogan and Jen Chang and Twitter is showing links to a recent photo of Henry and Martinez walking around in Boston.

It seems more apparent that FSG will look to get the DOF in place before the manager and it makes me more suspicious of the rumours of David Dean. Who apparently has been advising Henry and Co and this was compounded by the sight of him sitting at the game with Camolli the same week he got sacked.

It would stand to reason, then that Dean might be advising them on a young manager who could work with the framework of DOF and clearly they and he felt that wasn't Kenny.

I recall Dean was the one that brought in Wenger  who was in comparison to other managers an unknown and young at the time. Wasnt Dean somewhat against the stadium move/investment also (rings a bell)

'Liverpool Way' glad it has amused a few of you :) I am sure if you ever did use google or popped on the offal LFC TV or others and did a search its recently come up in discussions more so because of the recent Kenny departure.  http://forums.liverp...way-really-dead

one of many btw.

Stevie H, made reference to Rafa, interesting as he had said only a few weeks ago we shouldn't go down that route again!

The same people(not Stevie) are the same who also wanted Rafa out are now calling for him to return...I was amazed when he was axed and still had more to give with the right backing. However in all honesty I really can't see it being Rafa he wouldn't fit their so called plan or let's say David Deans advice!

This is the situation now there a massive split in opinion between the older fan base and the younger fan base with some very polarised views on who should be manager and where Liverpool should be and agin the Kenny sacking has compounded this. For me the worst thing is some have absolute total disregard to what Kenny did and going a far to say he was a disaster( unbelievable)

I can see it being a relative unknown manager coming in and the so called global search with top names being thrown in is just a smoke screen!

Finally there hasn't  been one word from the owners who made such an effort early doors to get on the TV and engage with the fans and now they seem to of gone into hiding...just adding to the unrest by prolonging any word or even insight into their plans and worse of all letting Ian Ayre do countless interviews who has now revealed himself to be completely our of his depth and back tracking on what he had said before (he has been the most disappointing of al)

This whole interview list and process is embarrassing!

I would be ok if I knew it was just media driven gossip but we have managers making statement and even bloody chairman of other clubs notably rejecting talks.

And at this rate it will be a case of who will say yes as opposed who we want!     Absolute Shambles...

Not a chance in hell in getting the likes of - Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp or Frank Do Boer - and I cant think of anyone that fits the bill for such a massive undertaking or who could handle the pressure knowing the grounds the last manager ( a club legend) was sacked for.

They better pull a rabbit out of their hat as I think they will have problems otherwise to get Reds onboard and I have my doubts even more so with Reina, Agger, Suarez staying at this rate!

They could of been smart and eased Kenny out but they clearly had this in mind when they knew we were not getting into the CL given Ian Ayre said even if Kenny had of won the FA Cup it wouldn't of changed the decision. Unrealistic expectations and a total lack of understanding of what is Liverpool FC.

I cling onto any hope they haven't just put us back even more.I really thought we had just started to make progress on the pitch and was building a squad over 3 years with Kenny and to ease in a younger manager over the coming seasons and move Kenny upstairs.
