Hellodolly,
Thanks for the info. I missed the obvious there.
I searched for re-entry permit and posted, not realising it was the CM forum. My fault for being hard of learning...

In Topic: Re-Entry Permit - A Fast Procedure?

My local office is Udon. I have a Non-B & WP. I have had to arrange a last minute flight from Suvanaphumi - I'm supposed to fly out next week. My problem is that I wasn't aware of having to arrange the flight until I arrived in BKK for something else.
The obvious question is how can I get a re-entry permit in BKK?
The SuanPlu Immig. office indicates it only caters to foreigners registered living in BBK, which seems to exclude me.
The previous poster said the office at the airport looked closed.
Any advice please?

I am also a director in my own company, and I pay into the social security fund.
With my current WP, the social security office told me about 4 years ago that the requirement for an employed director to register in the social security system had been made compulsory about 2 years previous to that.
I registered, pay into the social security system and have a card. I have used the card on half a dozen occasions to get hospital treatment & medication at no charge.
Once when I visited a hospital outside of my home province, I got a receipt for the payment and claimed it back at my local social security office when I got home. Took all of 20 minutes to get the cash refunded.
So the system does work.

It is what a51mas said as far as I know. I asked some people around and they said the same; it is the sound rather than the actual liver
ตับๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ
Are u horny? Are you hungry for sex?
Or something like that might be the meaning

While on this part of the topic about "horny", I learnt the word เงี่ยน (hope I spelt it correctly)
Some of the office staff said it was very rude, but I'm not sure.
Is it an acceptable phrase does anyone know? - If I get banned I'll find out!
เงี่ยน is considered vulgar language.
The polite version is "กำหนัด"
The street language version is "มีความต้องการทางเพศ"
Or you can even use the English word "hysteria" (ฮีสทีเรีย) and most Thais will understand, because to Thai people it synonymous with "high sex drive"
I will try to avoid the vulgar option.
