Any Thai Cooking School Recommended In Bkk?

I'm kind of interested in Thai food and want to learn how to cook several courses. I've checked several cooking schools already, but it seems they are facing the tourists, which teach only 3-6 courses while spend quite some time in the markets or somewhere else. Could you guys recommend some cooking schools teaching seriously how to cook Thai food at a resonable price rather than a tour package? Thanks very much.

It's one of my friends' birthday and I want to give her some surprise. Does somebody of you know if there are flower shops in the university or its vicinity that can deliver flowers to my friend? I'll appreciate if you could give me their phone numbers. Thanks very much!

BTW, reasonable price. I've check on some websites, several roses costs 3000+ or even 6000+ Bhat, that's too expensive for local market.

I'm been to Kanchanaburi some several months ago. A dinner yesterday reminded me of the fish in that city. This is kind of fish is really tasty and I noticed that it appears many places in that city. Does somebody here know the name of the kind of fish? Here is the picture of the fish I saw in Kanchanaburi.
