Hi there,

Im in the process of applying for a settlement visa for my wife and was wandering,

Has anyone got a more recent settlement visa checklist? (Ive already printed Jack31 which is great)

Also i see no mention of or a requirement for a TB test certificate on any website (UK border agency etc), we are looking to move and live in the Uk for several years does anyone know if this TB cert is still a requirement?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I inquired at the samsung mobile shop if there was any news on when the new Tab would be available they said in a month, but got the impression they didn't really know, has anyone else heard anything on a release date?

I bought a WII from that shop , or should I say I think its the same shop, 3rd floor in the open plan area, theirs also another on that floor owned by the same person. The WII broke down after 3 weeks, I was as polite as ever and even though when I explained they had given me a 12 month warranty cert. They just didn't care less, they were really rude and said it was not there problem go somewhere else,, so I would probably stay clear of them.
