Back a few hours ago from Penang where I got multi entry non o visa issued because I have a Thai daughter.

Supplied: Daughters birth certificate, original and copy, photo copy on updated bank book showing more than 400k required, copy gf id card, copy gf house book.

I have just finished my 3rd yearly  extension of stay based on employment which I canceled. Maybe having 3 extensions was favourable in granting a multi entry?

I'm getting what I believe to be incorrect information from my lawyer about canceling my WP and extension of stay based on employment. I've come to the oracle for clarification;)

1. My extension of stay ends on Dec 2 and WP on Dec 10. If I leave the country on Dec 2 I'm assuming there is not need to visit immigration to cancel EOS as it ends on that day?

2. By allowing my EOS to come to an end is it correct that my WP automatically becomes invalid and no need for me to cancel? Or am I doing something illegal between Dec 2 ( expiry of EOS ) and Dec 10 ( expiry of WP )?

Just looking for the easiest way to do this.

Some of us have been lucky and never lost someone close to us but still wish to express our respect and gratitude to those who paid the ultimate price.

  

I'm currently on my third yearly extension of stay based on my employment. I am considering canceling my WP which I believe automatically ends the validity of my extension of stay, though I can pay 1900 Baht for 7 day extension?

My WP and annual extensions are issued via Koh Samui immigration/labour offices. Do I have to cancel WP/extensions at Koh Samui or can I do it at Suratthani office?
