we all were told we were part of moo baan with club house pool 24 hr security. security lasted 1 yr plus, no club house, not walled all round. then builder stopped paying electric, residents finished communal pool as it was incomplete at their cost. We have a water tower we have bought new pump and we have a new water meter. we wanted to take over after 3yr period and set up committee. having spoken to land office they advise each house was registered separately as built so NOT MOO BAAN. anybody got any ideas.. Do we own pool, tower, residents garden. we pay all bills direct to electric company. we good do with some help. thanks in advance. PS developer wont sort out any transfer papers or do anything to site.
